HRMS Analyst Job Summary
Salary Range:
$59,831.00-$68,806.00-$77,781.00

The HRMS Analyst, working independently with moderate leader supervision, is responsible for implementing and maintaining s ystem enhancements of Westfield's Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, ensuring that all relevant processes are completed effectively and efficiently. The HRMS Analyst is the liaison between the customer and the internal technical team. When enhancements are required the Analyst works closely with the internal technical team to ensure that the issue is resolved or the enhancement satisfies the business requirement. Once development is complete the Analyst conducts testing, ensures successful migration through all environments, and completes end-user training. In addition, the HRMS Analyst may act as the functional lead on multiple modules/systems with moderate leader supervision.

Essential Functions (primary functions and/or reasons the job exists in order of importance)
1. Implements and maintains the PeopleSoft HCM system and other related HCM systems, including data, data infrastructure, system integrity, control data, reports and reporting infrastructure by providing analysis, setup, and testing of programs to ensure accurate results and compliance with government regulations.
2. Provides HCM system functional and technical assistance as well as end-user support.
3. Reviews and implements new HCM system releases, upgrades, fixes and enhancements.
4. Coordinates internal technical resources in regards to HCM systems business requirements to ensure all user needs are identified and included into system requirements and all technical aspects are properly documented and addressed.
5. Develops, documents, and performs system testing focusing on issue resolution and system integrity.
6. Makes recommendations and assists with the development of new and more efficient solutions and procedures relating to HCM processing using new and existing software.
7. Performs all system administration for assigned business application including security administration, configuration management, system monitoring, and appropriate documentation of all activities.
8. Participates on a project team representing the HCM systems perspective, acting as subject matter expert or team member.
9. Maintains awareness and increases knowledge through research or other methods, of new functionality available in future systems releases, while using that knowledge to develop new policies, new processes and new procedures.
10. Creates and maintains system documentation, user manuals and training documents.
11. Makes recommendations and assists in the development of new processes and procedures for end users.
12. Travels occasionally in order to participate in special assignments, training, and/or travel between office locations.

Desired Qualifications/Experience/Certification/Education (in order of importance)
1. 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, Information Systems or related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM or similar applications.
3. Working familiarity with Human Resources.
4. Demonstrated working knowledge of web based technology and relational databases.
5. 4 year degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field OR commensurate experience.
6. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of various office and computer equipment and software packages including MS Office products.
7. Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels within the company.
8. Valid driver's license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.

* Ability to work effectively in an office environment for 40 hours per week (including sitting, standing, and working on a computer for extended periods of time).
* Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative work environment utilizing various technologies such as: telephone, computer, web, voice, teleconferencing, email, etc.
* Ability to travel as required.
