Job DescriptionReal Time Insurance Agency Daytona Beach, FL Position: Benefits Advisor/Licensed & Certified Health Insurance Agent Pay: $500/week plus bonus compensation based on meeting required metrics. Average annual income can range from 50K-70K. Daytona Beach, FL health insurance agency seeks individuals to fill positions for the upcoming 2017 enrollment period. Positions are currently available for people willing and capable of becoming Licensed Health Insurance Agents in Florida. We offer flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, in-depth paid training and competitive compensation! For the qualified candidate, we will pay for all courses, fees, and fingerprinting to obtain your license. Daily Responsibilities Include: Receive inbound calls from customers interested in health insurance products. Customers will be responding to various media advertisements, inbound leads, and referrals. Limited outbound sales calls required. No door-to-door sales. Educate and enroll customers in the best available health insurance plan. Complete web-based applications for new enrollments and renewals. Respond to inquiries and customer service requests utilizing professional telephone etiquette. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Sales background is a plus. Strong customer service skills. Experience using the Internet, Windows applications, and email services. Excellent verbal communication skills, vocabulary, and articulation. Completion of the in-house training program. No felonies and must be able to pass a background check. Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm. Extended hours potential, if desired, 8:00am-8:00 pm during annual enrollment season & Saturdays as needed. Flexible schedules available. Interviewing now for training classes!
