Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Property And Casualty Insurance Agents to join our team! Are you a captive or semi-captive agent looking to become independent? Are you a producer with not enough markets? Are you an Account Manager wanting to be your own boss? We have the answer foryou! We have an excellent plan to help you become an independent agent with plenty of support and markets to write your accounts. This is a commission plus bonus position. You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and your existing clients. Responsibilities: Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs Resolve client inquiries and complaints Expand business reach through networking techniques Comply with insurance standards and regulations Track and identify areas of improvement Qualifications: Preferably, you would have an active book of business. Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask We offer a generous contract that will allow you to be successful!
