Financial/ Business Analyst

Needs to have supported in forecasting and budgeting multiple projects. Proficiency with MS excel: V-lookup, H- lookup, and pivot table complex reports and data analysis using Excel.I. Position Summary: The Business Analyst, Strategic Business Management, for Quality & Compliance and Quality Systems & Services (QSS) will provide analytical support and business leadership in the successful delivery of our strategic Q&C programs in addition to our enterprise level initiatives including the Cost of Quality and our overall Value Proposition. The role will require the ability to work collaboratively with QSS leadership, program leaders, and various business partners from IT, Finance and across our business segments. II. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Develop financial models that are simple and flexible. Simplify financial concepts (i.e., NPV, ROI, and DCF) and interpret their impact as business assumptions change. Identify trends and provide recommendations to meet business needs. Manage business forecasting, variance reporting, capital and headcount. Drive process improvements where applicable. Communicate effectively to all levels of management. III. Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelors or equivalent degree (Finance, Accounting or Business) is required. A minimum of 5 years of related experience in financial modeling/analysis is desirable. Healthcare and/or quality experience is a plus.
