Job DescriptionWe are seeking an ARPA Financial Services Manager to join our team! The Financial Services Manger will report directly to the Executive Director and Board and responsible for all membership accounts, budgets and campaign filings.Responsibilities:Track line items in budget on ongoing basisMonthly financial preparation for review by Executive Director and BoardGenerate invoices for associate and producing members annually, biannually, quarterly or monthlyUpdate A/R and A/P reports to Executive Director weeklyOversee member payments by check and credit cardConduct monthly A/R follow up on delinquent accountsPrepare budget for ARPA events and track associated income and expensesCampaign assistanceAssist with PAC and candidate fundraisersSpecial project facilitation including research, reporting and synthesis of resultsAssistance with development, content and formatting of annual reportAssist with current planning and facilitationNew member intake processing including exploratory meetingsSchedule potential new members to meet with Executive DirectorProvide assistance for members upon requestPromote and serve new member administrationOther duties as required or assignedQualifications:Proficient in QuickBooks and MS ExcelStrong communication and writing skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build rapport with association membersStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsCompany DescriptionThe Arizona Rock Products Association (ARPA) is a trade organization, that for 60 years has represented companies producing nearly all the aggregate materials in the state of Arizona. ARPA is the oldest mining association in Arizona and our membership includes producers or suppliers of aggregate, asphaltic concrete, ready mix concrete, asphalt and portland cement, as well as trucking firms, paving contractors and other aggregate end users, material testing labs and ancillary companies.
