Requires outreach to providers to obtain corrected claim information. Extensive work experience, possibly in multiple functions. Work does require established procedures. Works independently Mentors others. Acts as a resource for others. Coordinates others' activities. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in Medical Claims entry and systems 2+ years of proficiency experience in Microsoft Excel for formatting filters and pivot tables 2+ years experience working in an environment requiring following step - by - step instructions Soft Skills: Time management skills Attention to detail Able to work with minimal supervision Needs to works well both alone and as a team member Required to consistently deliver quality work Careers with Optum.
