Job DescriptionEntourage Freight SolutionsClaim and carrier setup Job Description Responsible for handling all Entourage Freight Solutions freight claims. o Gather all documentation from the Salesperson, Account Managers, and/or Carrier Sales rep referring to claim.o Filing claim with Carrier and/or Carrier s insurance company. o Keeping constant contact with Carrier and/or Carrier s insurance company until claim is finalized.o Arrange payment for claim.o Comprise a document with weekly updates on all claims.o Work directly with our attorney s if needed. Responsible for carrier set up during work day.o Gather all proper documentation from Salesperson, Account Managers, and/or Carrier Sales rep. Utility Admino In your free time you would work directly with management on any additional Admin work needed. (ex.
