And we understand that we succeed only when our clients succeed.Read more about this position and discover some of the exciting opportunities available when you join the M Community.What You Will Do:In this role, you will support the reinsurance team in its quarterly and annual financial reporting responsibilities by validating and importing partner insurance carriers into the team s reporting database. This includes performing research and analysis in order to describe results to outside audiences including senior management. Answering MFH Product Development team questions about modeling and other product specific questions is important in this role, as well as working with MFH s Product Development team to develop models and financial projections of new product offerings.Summarizing and validating MFH reinsurance data will be a key responsibility in this position, in order to build experience study analysis and evaluate experience study results to uncover trends. You will also participate in regular reinsurance meetings with partner carriers to identify any administrative issues and to recommend improvements or strategies with new products and initiatives.What You Bring to M:Bachelor s degreeMinimum of ten years of directly-related, progressively-responsible work experienceFSA preferredExcellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated public speaking experience. Demonstrated ability to translate technical material into user-friendly communicationsExtensive knowledge of life insurance products, including experience with life insurance valuation and profitability analysisAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Member Firms, Carriers, and M Team Members.Well-developed computer skills, including use of spreadsheets, databases (SQL is preferred), and actuarial modeling software (ALFA experience is preferred)Ability to handle multiple, complex projects, and deadlines simultaneously
