More than 7,000 doctors have chosen TLC for their own laser vision correction procedures the ultimate endorsement.Summary:Responsible all Credentialing and AR as well as Liaison with Doctors and center management teamResponsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Other duties may be assigned as needed.Maintain integrity of Policy and Procedure for financing for the centersRemain a source of education and troubleshooting for centers be it LVI, CVI, TVI or TLCMaintain an accurate record and documents for receivable accounts as well as bad debtMain source of contact for Collection Agency, gather needed documents and payment summariesMaintain Database of MIDs for all accounts (Care Credit and HFD)Deposit Reports LVI and CVIRun and Process Open A/R Aging and Trial Balance Reports research discrepancies and resolveFinancial Analysis as necessaryProduce and maintain Credentialing packets (Medicare Application, Surveys, Claims, DX and CPT Codes for 1500 and HPPCS)Knowledge with MIPS Medicare ProgramMatch loans for scpay upload research and resolve discrepanciesResearch discrepancies, adjust loans as necessary by modifying terms in conjunction with HFD. CM / DM accounts bases on necessity as well as merge loansRelease schedule payments 2x week for Fortiva and HFDMatch HFD list of accounts to All GP Accounts, change Class ID s as necessaryAnswer phonesAssist centers in Retail Accounting policy and procedure walk them through their needs with a positive customer oriented attitude.Attend Regional Sales Calls for training and support as necessaryPreserve P&P for Finance Accounts maintain accuracy and in a timely manner (this is worked at least 3x week) with at least 1 upload a weekReview Collection accounts for reversal of bad debtHardshipsDisputesHFD Charge BacksCollection Agency Dispute and Proper Upload/DocumentsCodes claims when neededAssist with insurance filing when neededGL reconciliationMonth end reconciliations for center bank accountsSet up merchant accounts and finance company accountsTraining for finance companiesData EntryOR Logs CVI and LVI Review transfer and postBlephex review and postPlug Logs review transfer and postDaily&Monthly Reconcile of assigned bankingProvide Compass POS, GP and Eyesite support for all LVI CentersNotates customers accounts with any special informationClerical Duties as neededPerforms any duties to support the main functions of the position as directedQualifications:Language Ability:Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Math Ability:Strong math skills required. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.Reasoning Ability:Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form. Then to present that information in written and oral form to co workers.Skills:Great Plains experience is helpful but not required. Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Internet skills, and Word are required. Advanced Excel skills required. Heavy phone experience is required. Customer Service experience is preferred but not required. Must work well in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines. Must be friendly and outgoing. Some Saturdays and late nights required.
