Project Assistant

We have a Full-time position open for a Project Assistant in our PlanIT division, located in Milwaukee, WI. 

Primary responsibilities include:

• Work closely with Account Managers (AM) and Client Services Manager (CSM) on work flow process and managing team needs and productivity.
• Complete assigned projects using Excel, Word and Adobe in a timely manner; quality check work before uploading to the Internet and alert AM/CSM if any possible issues. 
• Participate in weekly team meetings, providing any applicable feedback on issues or improvements needed in work flow.
• Complete miscellaneous office tasks including filing, etc.

• Ability to be flexible in work flow process and switch gears quickly to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate:

• Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet etc.
• Ability to be flexible in work flow process and switch gears quickly to meet customer needs.
• Ability to work well with team members and receive feedback.
• Ability to provide verbal and written feedback on processes and work flow to minimize errors and improve productivity.
• Ability to work independently once assigned a task.
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to solve problems
• Ability to manage time effectively
