General Liability Claims Specialist I

Zurich is currently looking for a General Liability Claims Specialist I for our Atlanta, GA office. This position will with moderate direction, handle non-litigated commercial general liability claims of low to moderate exposure and complexity within specific limits of authority. The successful candidate will follow established protocols to ensure that claims are handled in the most efficient, effective way while delivering a customer-centric claims service.Client Externally Focused - The job s core deliverables rely on delivering service to external clients and/or customers. Typically involves building relationships and promoting the company.Basic Qualifications:Juris Doctor and 1 or more years of experience in the Claims Handling areaOR Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Claims Handling areaOR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4 or more years of experience in the Claims Handling areaAND Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s) Customer service experience Microsoft Office experience Preferred Qualifications:Commercial general liability claims handling experience Experience reviewing and analyzing coverage Analytical skills Negotiation skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience collaborating across work groups Organization skills and time management skills Imagine working for a company that truly cares about their employees, customers, stakeholders, and communities they serve.
