The role covers four main functional areas: Sales&Field Support Industry Strategy&Subject Matter Expertise Industry Solutions Development Industry Marketing Support The Solutions Consultant provides industry subject matter expertise directly to the Kofax Sales team to help give guidance with their sales opportunities and to help them better understand their accounts/market opportunities. The Solutions Consultant also provides indirect sales support, including the design of prioritized business solution requirements, identification of key analytics, as well as marketing asset development. Industry solution development leadership in the areas of focus use cases are a key requirement in support of this role. Key Responsibilities: Understand the complex industry specific business problems/needs and translate these into solutions, based on the technology Kofax provides, that the sales team can propose to their prospects. Develop business and integration requirements that lead to specific solution development direction for solutions built by the Sales Engineering Solutions team and other Sales Engineering demos. Facilitate requirement workshops both internal and customer facing in support of requirement gathering. Stay engaged with Product Marketing to ensure that the products will allow for customizations and integrations key for the mortgage space. Identify and lead customer interface/involvement with the solution development process. Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure that the newly onboarded Account Executives and Sales Engineers have self-paced, industry-focused training available to them. Assist in the development of that content, where needed. Manage the specific industry solution financials, including measurement and reporting on solution marketing performance and financial analysis when required. Collaborate with:Marketing in support of industry strategy development; revenue planning. Professional Services to identify FS solutions deployed by more than one Kofax customer and/or more than one geography/time-zone to be used as repeatable best-practices and possible quick hit opportunity solutions.
