ResponsibilitiesAcushnet Company, home to the leading brands in golf (Titleist and FootJoy) has an exciting opportunity for a Direct-to-Consumer Senior Business Operations Analyst.In this position, you will play the leading role in evolving the product customization experience for the FootJoy customers supporting the development of an engaging, integrated and innovative shopping experience for our customers globally. Drive operational excellence for the full supply change of custom products including but not limited to management of orders from , global OMS systems and the factory for customization. This role includes project work for new eCommerce rollouts globally and enhancements for new system features. Operations Management Oversee the daily operations of the global MyJoys program from end to end, ensuring operational excellence on the post purchase experience for customers, manage product release Manage and oversee 3rd party vendors for the custom configurator Manage the product release process and internal touch points with the ERP systems for licensing, order capture, confirmations and invoicing. Platform Integration Lead and drive the integration of MyJoys into the eCommerce platform, becoming an expert on the eCommerce Platform and manage projects to enhance the customers experience for both inline and custom product offerings. Provide input on key backend process for DTC and key integrations with backend systems for inline and custom product. System Connectivity Review end-to-end order flows, gather metrics on order processing, review fraud management effectiveness and IT job schedules Manages change requests and enhancements and drives coordination of requirements and testing between front-end and OMS/WMS systems. Performance Management / Troubleshooting Closely works with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Legal and IT for supply chain or finance issues Partners with Customer Service lead to triage reported customer issues and identify the root cause. Partners with global markets to understand/ identify and problem solve local issues with logistics and operations and other system issues Determines impact of customer issues and builds into enhancement queue to review priority and ROI for changes Lead requirements gathering, driving development with partners and UAT testing for new roll outs and enhancements Provides analysis of reporting on open orders and open invoices and identifies resolution. Performs reconciliation between systems in the eCommerce order flow Drives the monitoring of the technical health of production eCommerce websites and initiates escalation activities when required with partners and internal IT Develops and reviews of documentation for technical and process compliance as required Partner with other eCommerce team members to identify enhancements to the platform that drive operational efficiencies and provide new best in class capabilities.QualificationsThe qualified candidate must a possess Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field. Strong analytical skills with background in eCommerce process, technical or business acumen 5+ yrs. experience in eCommerce with global markets eCommerce platform and 3rd party vendor experience preferred (Demandware, Magento, Hybris, Cybersource, Vertex, Paymetrics) Experience with backend integration and end to end eCommerce business processes Proven ability to partner with peers Good facilitation skills and experience in organizing and coordinating workshops and meetings Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Access, Excel and PowerPoint) applications Strong organizational skills Experience with leading small projects or being a project member on larger products Experience with consumer platform testing Some travel required (10%)Acushnet Company offers competitive salaries commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefit package consisting of medical&dental; 401 savings plan; tuition assistance; life&disability insurance; vacations/holidays; on site wellness facility; and generous product discounts.Acushnet Company is an equal opportunity employer.
