Currently seeking a dynamic and experienced recruitment professional to support our talent acquisition process. In partnership with the HR Business Partners, the Recruitment Specialist will develop and implement innovative talent recruitment strategies and solutions to support the business units. The selected candidate will be responsible to source and identify passive and active candidates using creative strategies, including but not limited to social media, online searches, and campus recruiting. This role is to provide the highest level of customer service; and demonstrate integrity, credibility, and confidentiality in all areas of the job.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent
* Minimum of five or more years current corporate & multiple location recruitment experience
* Solid knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
* HR Generalist experience with PHR or SPHR designation preferred
* Excellent communication, presentation, and public relations skills
* Solid knowledge of HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems and web based technology
* Experience in utilizing social networking tools to identify candidates preferred
* Insurance industry experience a plus
