The RoleWe are currently hiring for the role of Market Leader to join our Movement Mortgage team. The Market Leader position is created to encourage team growth beyond just the typical Branch Manager, Sales Manager and Loan Officer's responsibilities. As a Market Leader you will recruit many Loan Officers and open many branches under to grow your territories collective volume. This role allows you keep growing your own production while managing teams in the marketplace underneath you. If team volume underneath you exceeds required threshold, you may elect not to originate and just build while sharing in profit of the P&L. ResponsibilitiesRecruit producing Loan Officers Engage in outside marketing and promotional activities to support individual mortgage sales. Conduct in-person calls to real estate agents, builders, financial advisors and other potential referral sources to develop new individual borrower leads that support your team Generate and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with the housing industry. Work with operations to ensure LO s are receiving proper support Experience&BackgroundExcellent sales and consulting skills Background of Leadership in some capacity 5+ years in the Mortgage Industry Team volume representing 10 million plus Producing or Non-Producing, either okay Healthy respect for compliance Thorough understanding of the local real estate market and the mortgage industry Knowledge of mortgage processing functions and technologies Knowledge of mortgage lending requirements, regulations and procedures for FHA, VA and conventional loan programs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills BenefitsHealth insurance coverage 401K matching up to 6% Caring and enthusiastic atmosphere Opportunity for vertical growth within organization Full technology suite including: LOS, Integrated CRM, Web-based apps and more. Income is commission only and as Market Leader, you are eligible to receive compensation in one of two ways, Either manager overrides of 15bps and max compensation of in respecitive market or, Profit Sharing of 20% Net Operating Income.
