We are looking for a Financial Systems Administrator with the desire to learn enterprise-level accounting and financial business systems, such as Netsuite, Concur and Adaptive Insights. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Accounting or Finance professional who is ready for a new challenge and encompasses the desire to learn critical business systems. The successful candidate will work closely with Accounting, Finance and in some cases third-party resources to support, maintain and enhance Ping Identity s key financial systems. The ideal candidate enjoys working in dynamic and high-growth environments, is experienced in managing multiple tasks and enjoys new challenges. Job Functions: Support, maintain and enhance Netsuite s GL, AR, AP, FA, PO applications Support, maintain and enhance Concur Support, maintain and enhance Adaptive Insights Training new staff on relevant financial systems Document significant changes and customizations Keeping skills up-to-date by participating in educational opportunities and reviewing available information online. Essential Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 2-4 years experience within FP&A or Public Accounting Must have a strong working knowledge of accounting business processes Muat have a strong desire to work within systems and enjoy problem solving. Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting or relevant financial reporting experience Desired Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing and growing environment Experience mentoring more junior project management and/or business analysis resources Agile project management experience and/or certification Netsuite, Concur or Openair Experience A complete project execution toolkit, including analysis, scope, requirements and project management areas
