Johnsonville Sausage, LLC Posting AR Deduction Specialist Position Overview: We have an opportunity for a detail oriented, proactive individual who is dedicated to exceptional customer service to join our Accounts Receivable Team as a Deduction Specialist to support our US Retail and Foodservice business. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of activities in our fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Ownership over deduction resolution including problem solving, research, analysis, and independent decision making Work in multiple systems, and understand how they interact with each other Analyze and explain impact of deduction transactions Handle the administration of Adherence to deduction policies and procedures Continuous improvement mindset while being accountable for deduction metrics Able to train, educate, support sales/brokers on deduction/claims process& nuances Work with cross-functional team members to streamline process& resolve deductions Education: Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required. Will consider someone who is actively pursuing a related degree.
