Qualified Plan & Financial Planning Relationship Manager for a very busy, extremely fast-paced wealth management and financial planning firm.
Administrative Responsibilities include coordinating all of the moving parts of many different retirement plans for various companies.
Making sure data is received by actuaries and contributions are made. Interactions with CPAs, clients and third party administrators.
Site visits to clients of these plans as well occasionally.
Outside relationship management - Meeting with clients at their business and potential residences to review investments and/or insurance already in place. Discuss other needs they may have and answer questions pertaining to their current strategies.
Good knowledge of all types of qualified retirement plans is a must, as well as understanding investments and life insurance.
Must enjoy working in a team dynamic, have a high energy level, be extremely organized, a self-starter with a sense of urgency and amazing follow up skills, someone who strives to deliver the ultimate client experience.
