Insurance Inspector - Loss Control Reps

Information Providers, Inc. is a leader in 28 states conducting insurance inspections on residential and commercial properties for underwriting purposes.

We are seeking inspectors to complete on-site Commercial Inspections for insurance underwriting purposes. These are typically ‘Main Street’ type risks. Related experience is helpful.

We also conduct Residential Insurance Inspections. No experience necessary.  Experienced Independent Contractors will be strongly considered.

We are seeking additional Staff for both Product Types.

Our Commercial Inspections pay on an Hourly Fee based on the time to complete the Field Work and submit the Final Report. Hourly Rates are typically in the $20 - $25 per hour range – paid to Quarter Hour increments.

Our Residential Inspections start out with our most simplified report @ about $8 (for a five minute report) and go up from there. Typically, 2-3 inspections are completed per hour.

Mileage or other expenses are not typically paid in a designated Territory. But, are considered when working outside of this designated territory.

Many of our positions require from 10 – 25 hours per week – based on your schedule. So, it’s very flexible….!

We have excellent On-line Orientation, Tutorials & Support. So, very easy to get started and be Productive…!

A reliable vehicle, digital camera, 6-foot monopod or camera pole, measuring device (50 foot tape and measuring wheel), Windows-based computer (Windows 7 or later version), current version of Internet Explorer, high-speed internet connection and a Smart Phone with location services are required.
