We currently have an exciting career opportunity as a AVP- Lead Project Manager, Integrated Insurance Systems located in our Corporate Torrance office. The AVP will manage integration between WC and PRIME data bases and produce integrated benchmarking and trend reports to showcase our value proposition for presentation to clients. Manage data analytic tools and outcomes. Perform audits on data bases involved to ensure data integrity between analytic platforms. Project lead for data delivery to internal and external customers to ensure consistency and branding.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: • Data Analytics/MedMedtrics • iVOS (claims system application) • Mitchell (bill review/UR application) • Jopari (ebill application) • Claim Benchmarking trends • Coordination of data projects integrating WC & PRIME claim outcomes • Produce audits for comparative databases • Prepare presentations via Powerpoint and/or dashboards to internal and external customers • Special Projects • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM SUGGESTED QUALIFICATIONS: At least 10 years insurance related and/or data analytics experience. Experience in analyzing and auditing data, presenting findings, summarizing outcomes, producing dashboard-type presentations and working in a team environment. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines on multiple projects. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills both written and oral. Self-motivated, independent and able to handle time sensitive projects. Effective organizer, planner, and self-starter Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and the Internet.

SOFTWARE: Microsoft Office suite of products with expertise and focus in Excel and Access.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: College degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor of Arts in Business Management preferred.
