Mueller Reports is currently seeking part-time Insurance Inspectors. Our Insurance Inspectors, or, “Field Representatives,” are not only the eyes and ears of Mueller, but they are the eyes and ears of the insurance carriers and financial institutions that employ our services. If hired, you will be responsible for scheduling survey appointments with policyholders, traveling between various sites to complete surveys and uploading information via the company mobile app or company website. This is an entry level position; no previous insurance experience is required.

Hours per week: 20-30

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive work assignments electronically from Field Service Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service to policyholders while scheduling appointments and conducting surveys/ inspections.
  • Communicate in person, over the phone, and via email with Field Service Manager, policyholders/homeowners, and insurance agents.
  • Complete field surveys/ inspections while adhering to all of Mueller Report’s field policies and procedures.
  • Upload completed work to Quality Assurance department via company mobile app or the internet.

                                                      

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Own and be comfortable using a Smartphone or Tablet (Apple or Android), as well as a digital camera
  • Own and be comfortable using a computer (PC or Mac; Google Chrome web browser required) as well as a printer
  • Regular, reliable access to Wi-Fi and high speed internet
  • Possess a reliable vehicle and an insurance policy
  • Be comfortable working in various weather conditions
