Job Summary The Member Support Representative provides world class service by showing courtesy, respect, confidence, responsiveness and reliability when dealing with members and credit union staff. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, maintaining databases; and may perform a variety of tasks behind the scenes, such as wire transfer, payroll deduction, direct deposit and title transfer. Essential Job Functions Daily review of Shared Branching reports. Research and reconcile adjustments submitted by Co-Op Process outgoing wire transfers for members Maintain knowledge of credit union products, services, policies and refer additional services by recognizing opportunities and explaining features and benefits Provide support to front line staff Work independently and in a team environment to resolve member concerns or problems Maintain member database by verifying, updating and entering information Qualifications Required: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Service Professional with increasing levels of responsibility Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to multi-task and handle a wide range of assignments,often with frequent interruption A strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to communicate and correspond with our members through extensive use of email and phone Proven proficiency with MS Office Suites (Word, Outlook and Excel) Qualifications Desired: Experience processing vehicle and vessel title documents to ensure lien perfection Experience in a credit union or financial institution One (1) or more years of contact center experience Previous experience with referring products/cross-selling Work Environment This job requires the ability to use desktop computers, ability to work in a structured environment, and to sit for long periods of time Our Employees Enjoy Many Benefits Competitive salary 200% match on your 401(k) up to 6% of your pay Generous medical, dental, disability and life insurance plans Free parking or Orca Passport Tuition Reimbursement A friendly, professional work environment The opportunity to work at a place of integrity, where customer service is emphasized Employment for this role is contingent on credit, background, and reference checks.
