Job DescriptionOffice located in Hudson, NH, USA The Allstate Jameson Insurance Agency has full-time & part-time openings for a motivated individual to serve as an LSP (Licensed Sales & Service Professional) and a trusted advisor. This is a customer service and sales position with some office management responsibilities. Job Responsibilities Able to handle daily incoming calls Process Endorsements Set-up Policy Review Appointments Cross-Sell Opportunities Contact new leads Manage accounts by tracking and following up frequently Input all information into designated software system Present a professional demeanor to prospective and existing customers and build positive long-term relationships Support the company's core values and basic principles Qualifications: Multi-tasking skills Willingness to learn Must be comfortable with technology, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various windows application Prior Insurance experience and a Property and Casualty insurance license are preferred (a life license may substitute for a P & C license, but must be willing to obtain the P&C license within 60 days of hire). Training is available for unlicensed individuals.
