TPA Account Assistant

Job DescriptionThe Account Assistant is responsible for performing duties related to the premium remissions from clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Enter all premium payments daily Update client fileaccordingly in Quick Books when necessary send letters for collection, lapse notice, reinstatements Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment Must be able to multitask Clear, direct communication skills with internal and external constituents Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; minimum of two years related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
