As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you will play an integral role in our relationships with our Employee Benefits clients, insurance carriers and industry partners. Job Responsibilities: Work closely with producers and Account Executives to design and develop marketing strategies Claims and employee/employer issue resolution Support client retention efforts Coordinate the marketing process 120 days prior to renewal to meet the needs of clients/prospects, including identifying and managing information regarding renewal, identifying and upselling opportunities, and selecting plans to be presented to clients/prospects Presenting renewals as required by account executives Conducting employee education meetings Editing proposal booklets, underwriting submissions, and RFP's Marketing individual/Medicare products as needed Verifying renewal and policy changes with carriers Negotiating renewal and/or rate relief Sharing client/prospect details with other departments as needed
