Job DescriptionInsurance Agency CSR (Glendale) compensation: $14-$16.00 per hour plus Benefits employment type: full-time If you have had a position as an Insurance CSR you may apply. Our agency is primarily a Standard and non standaurd Insurance agency with some Commercial along with Preferred Lines. We have a current staff of 4-5 producers. We have a friendly, informal working environment that is positive and upbeat. We think it's important to keep one's sense of humor in this business, and the laughter is frequent. Work gets done quickly and efficiently. Our producers work in our office and we work a very busy schedule. This is not a training agency and you must know what you are doing in the administration of insurance. You will receive support in our procedures and requirements. Compensation is $14-16 per hour, plus benefits. We are located in downtown Glendale. Requirements & Responsibilities of the position: *Able to work 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday* P&C License is a BIG PLUS but not required* Answering Incoming phone calls* Minimum 2 years' experience as an Insurance CSR or Account Manager* Ability to pay attention to detail* Service clients in a timely manner* Ability to multi task*Knowledge of FSC Rater*Prior Experience with HAWKSOFT is MANDATORY *Ability to prioritize and handle stress of short time constraints* Regularly interacts with clients in a courteous and friendly manner*Preparing Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property Insurance, and Auto ID Cards*Check policy files and coverage's through Electronic Document System* Daily Download from Insurance Carriers*Review client policies, as needed, prior to releasing to client* Will work directly with Agents and Account Manager, but should work independently90% of the time* Work well with others in a fast paced environment Company DescriptionWe are a Financial Services Firm, looking to expand to personal lines of insurance.
