Job DescriptionPosition Overview This position is to effectively manage the complete life cycle for auto claims for our customers and client base. General Responsibilities Effectively plan, execute and manager responsibilities/tasks/projects to completion Provide support to other areas of operation as needed Promptly return voicemails (4 hours) and emails (2 hours) Respond to incoming claim calls Attend assigned training sessions and further career advancement Interface with customers, clients and vendors Successfully demonstrate the technical skills and objectives to fulfill the objectives of the position Successfully exceed performance driven expectations Qualifications Education High School Diploma/GED Preferred education: Appraisers with 2 year technology degrees in Auto Body Repair or Automotive Technology Minimum of 1-3 years automotive insurance industry experience Preferred: 1-3 years in a customer service call center environment Preferred: 1-3 years automotive appraisal experience Preferred: Experience using Mitchell Ultramate, CCC One, or Autadex Preferred: 3 years experience as a current automobile appraiser with an insurance company Must have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Strong desire for continued growth and learning Competencies Technology Skills:Maximize use of technology (Motorcare, CCC, etc ) and resources to ensure a high level of efficiency while compressing claims life cycle time and Aggressively manage Motorcare queues Goal-Setting -Individual measures based on KPI as business dictate -Team measure based on KPI as business dictates -Cycle Time: per Key Performance Indicators -Ensure all service level agreements are met -Problem solving skills with ability to come to a quick and effective resolution Customer Focus: Be clear, professional, courteous, and concise to all internal and external customers Problem Solving: Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions Time Management: Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently Conflict Management: Identifies conflicts as opportunities, quickly reads situations, resolve tough agreements and settles disputes equitably Priority Setting: Quick sense of what will help and hinder a goal, eliminates roadblocks, focuses his/her time and the time of others on what s important Decision Quality: Makes quality decisions based on analysis, wisdom, experience and judgmen Other: Actively expand personal understanding and competence in the technologies and products supported by Innovation Group Company DescriptionInnovation Group is a global provider of business process services to the insurance, fleet, automotive and road assistance industries across the globe.
