Job Description This is a 20 year experienced insurance Agency We are looking to train the right individual to join our team. We are currently seeking to fill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects. This position offers many opportunities for insurance career advancement. Responsibilities Customer Service involves many tasks policy change requests, handling claims, rate questions, payments and billing to name a few. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements is a must. Maintain knowledge of our products. CSR'S will learn to quote and eventually sell insurance products.
