Job DescriptionFarmers Insurance is seeking sharp Staff Insurance Producers / Life Insurance Agents / Insurance Agent / Personal Lines Producers to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. You must have a current P&C (OR) L&H License and capable of getting P&C License within 60 days, Pennsylvania Insurance License! If you are a go-getter and have a verifiable track record of exceeding insurance sales goals, we want to speak with you immediately about joining out team. We have a rare opening in our state-of-the-art insurance super center in Lancaster, Pa. off Oregon Pike and Rt-30. Personal Time, and sick time. We are overwhelmed with inbound leads and need agents who are experts on the phones and in a one on one setting with clients. Responsibilities: Drive product sales and aid in the company meeting goals and objectives. Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs Resolve client inquiries and complaints Expand business reach through networking techniques Comply with insurance standards and regulations Track and identify areas of improvement Meet and Sales Goals and Quotas Meet outbound dialing requirements Meet Dec page collection requirements.
