The JobPindrop is looking for an excellent Fraud Prevention and Strategy Lead who's ready to play a crucial part in our mission to fight bad guys. The ideal crimefighter would have a sound knowledge of the fraud trends in the market, cross-channel fraud detection techniques, and the operationalization of fraud detection alerting technologies, and the remediation process of each fraud type. Sound familiar? Read on! You have an analytical mind and are able to react and respond quickly to changing fraud trends, fraud system performance, and client requests/ concerns. You are committed to closely monitoring fraud trends and have the ability to identify and communicate opportunities for improvement and implement measures to address. You would be responsible for building collaborative relationships internally and externally to achieve target performance and established goals of the client, company, and line of business. Effective communication skills are necessary to keep internal and external fraud teams up to date on performance and remediation. You would also be expected to assist in the overall fraud management process and to optimize operational processes to achieve maximum efficiency. Responsibilities Assist as needed with the pre-sales process and proof of concept projects to provide feedback and to ensure a complete understanding of client fraud trends, deployment strategy and business objectives Responsible to develop and deliver effective strategy and fraud training programs (internally and externally) and support the client operationalization process Responsible to provide analysis related to application performance, aimed at improving detection and false positive ratios by defining and recommending enhancements to application policies, risk assessment scores and thresholds within all products and channels Responsible for supporting multiple client accounts to ensure that fraud deployments are working as designed; effectively and efficiently Responsible for the implementation and internal communication of weekly and monthly client reporting to monitor on-going performance, capture trends and provide strategy for enhancement Responsible to complete all other job related tasks and support company/client initiatives as directed by management team Who You Are BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience Related role experience of 3+ years Extensive experience in process management, functional operations and client management Proven risk analysis skills and a strong understanding of the financial services, fraud operations and call center operations industry Advanced level of experience in analytical tools (inclusive of industry common Fraud detection tools) Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both internally and externally Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Comfortable with 20 - 25% travel Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish Perks at PindropWe hire good people, and take care of them.Pindrop believes in fostering an environment where employees dont just come to work hard, but play hard.
