As a Bilingual Claims Service Intake Representative,your primary mission will be to take inbound first notice of loss and servicecalls from our insureds, claimants, attorneys and others, resolving theirclaim s related questions and issues in accordance with company designedguidelines aimed to result in superior customer service and client retention.Your previous success delivering quality customer service in a high-volume callcenter will pave the way for your success in this role. Your schedulemustbeable to accommodate a12:00PM - 9:00PMMonday - Fridaywork week with theflexibility for some weekend work on Saturdays (about once a quarter). Yourability to communicate in both Spanish and English is a plus as 45% of ourcustomer base prefers to speak in the Spanish language. RequirementsPrior inbound call center experience in Claims Intake desired, but not required Auto insurance background desired, but not required Strong communication skills; patient, empathetic, good listener, professional and friendly Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational&multi-tasking abilities Demonstrates solid decision-making skills and able to prioritize daily activities Self-motivated, customer focused team player, willing to help others Strong computer skills, use of MS-Office tools, able to maneuver around the internet with a minimum of 45 wpm typing speed Bilingual (Fluent speaking in Spanish&English and writing skills in English) preferred High School Diploma is required, College Degree preferred Apply Now
