Member Insurance Agency is a 45 year old national commercial insurance agency and the largest agency in the country in the retail hardware/building materials dealers' industry segment. We are endorsed by several large co-ops in this industry segment. We offer a complete line of commercial insurance products to our market. Our clients can choose from property, general liability, business auto, workers' compensation, builders' risk, flood and many other forms of commercial coverage's based on their needs and budget.
We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Associate.
The Quality Assurance Associate (QA) contributes to the success of the organizational goals relating to growth, profitability, renewal retention, and service. The QA is responsible for ensuring that accurate policy information is entered into the Agency Management System, on a timely basis. The QA will interact with departmental and other staff on matters affecting data and service procedures. This position will help identify deficiencies and areas of improvement.
If you have the following qualifications, we are looking to speak to you!
- Minimum of 2 years P &C experience
- PC proficient: Excel, Word, Power Point, Agency Management Systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of commercial lines insurance products and coverages
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to take initiative and recommend changes to improve operational performance
