Actively seeking an Insurance Sales Account Executive (Worksite Benefits) to join our team! You will market company insurance benefits to captured payroll deduction market. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell life and supplemental insurance plans to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Utilize proven strategies and sales material to present to customers
- Flexible Hours - You manage your own schedule
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is helpful
- A life & health insurance license is required. We will train and prepare you to take the test and get licensed quickly
- An excellent training program is provided for all new hires
- Ability to build rapport with clients is a must
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
