CLAIMS ADJUSTER - PROPERTY and/or LIABILITY

Due to recent growth, Mills Mehr & Associates, a well-established, independent insurance adjusting firm is in need of experienced Property and Liability Field Adjusters to handle claims in the Panhandle and Tallahassee, Florida, in a Contractor/1099 position.

Qualified applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered:

• Min 5-years claims handling experience as a staff and/or independent field adjuster
• Ability to take direction
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and efficiently from his/her home office
• Computer literate - proficient in Xactimate (Symbility experience a plus)
• Very flexible schedule to accommodate client/insured needs
• Reliable transportation
• A current Florida Adjusters License
