Prior Property and Casualty Insurance sales and or service experience required. Current active 220 or 440 license required. Prior Life Insurance Experience Preferred with 215 required within 90 days. As a Agency Team Member you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote Allstate products including auto, home and financial Services. In addition, you will work with our team to: - Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs and market appropriate product and service solutions. - Establish and build client relationships and timely follow-up with customers as needed. - Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service including but not limited to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy updates, transfers, claim service and billing clarification.
