eCommerce Fraud Risk Manager

PFSweb, Inc., a leading provider of eCommerce outsourcing solutions, is seeking a subject matter expert for their Customer Financial Services eCommerce Fraud Risk team. The Customer Financial Services department provides an array of professional services to an exciting and diversified client-base. This individual must have a minimum of five years of experience in the role of eCommerce Fraud Risk Management. Operational fraud review experience, analytical reporting skills and personnel management experience are required. CyberSource Decision Manager experience is a plus. The ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment is required. A Bachelor s degree in Business or similar field and an ability to work independently in a diverse, fast-paced environment is required. This individual should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, maintain a sense of professionalism and accountability and have a solutions-oriented mentality. General Job Description: Manage a variety of functions within the Customer Financial Services department. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: eCommerce Fraud Management Personnel Management Financial reporting Analysis and Performance Metrics Reporting Client Presentations Attend industry-related seminars and workshops Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree in Business or a similar field Five years of eCommerce fraud management experience Strong professional verbal and written communication skills with an ability to handle sensitive client and customer situations Ability to work in an independent, efficient and effective manner in a fast-paced environment Excel, Word and JD Edwards or a similar ERP system experience Must be detail-oriented and highly organized Work Schedule: Business hours are Monday Friday, 8:30a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Central Time). Evening and weekend work may be required. Travel may be required.
