Claims Resolution Analyst (Healthcare Industry)

Triage Consulting Group is looking for full-time entry level Claims Resolution Analysts to join our San Francisco team. Our firm works with the financial departments of hospitals to recover additional revenue from health insurance carriers. If interested, please apply now!What you ll do:Resolve underpaid claims from HMO, PPO, Medicaid and Workers Compensation insurances;Maintain persistent and professional follow-up over the phone to ensure claims are resolved;Articulate contract provisions and state or federal legislation to insurance representatives;Utilize Triage s database software to manage account information;Continual QA and analysis of underpayment risk areas to ensure audit accuracy;Respond to claim denials from insurance companies to ensure contractual payment of submitted claims;Resubmit claims and write appeals to insurance companies;Maintain constant flow of communication between the Resolution Services Group and on-site Consultants.Who we re looking for:Bachelor's Degree;Strong analytical, organizational and professional skills;Self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment;Excellent time management and problem solving skills;General knowledge of Word, Excel and Access or similar database/data entry software;Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills;Candidates will be subject to a background check and employment eligibility verification.
