Change Management Coordinator

Westfield Center, OH

Salary Range: $48,009 - $55,210 - 62,412

Description: Serves as a team member within the CL System of Underwriting department on program-related projects. May also lead small projects. Proactively identifies and assists with program-related communication. Assists with program internal sites (WeConnect, SharePoint, etc.). Assists with the planning, coordinating, monitoring, and support of program deployment work plan activities.

Essential Functions (not an all inclusive list):
* Projects - Serves as a team member on program-related projects. May lead small, short-term projects under general supervision.
* Communications - Assists Specialists with program-related communication needs. Maintains effective and ongoing communication with program members, leadership, project team members, and other internal business partners.
* Program Intranet sites - Assists with the development and maintenance of the program intranet sites. Ensures the sites provide consistent, dynamic, user-friendly, and fresh content on a variety of topics including, but not limited to, program/project updates, FAQs, glossary, calendar of events, etc. May also partner with IT for limited IT support.
* The Org, Talent and Readiness (OTR) Team Administrative Support - Assists with the planning, coordinating, monitoring, and support of the program deployment work plan activities associated with change management. This is not limited to but may include scheduling meetings, reserving locations, coordinating schedules, gathering and analyzing data, documenting meeting minutes and tracking action items.
* Logistics - Provides logistical support to the program OTR team in planning of large and small group meeting events, as well as preparing materials for participants.
* Document Generation - Prepares reports, presentations, and other documents to support the OTR team, including survey results, monthly presentations, and other ad-hoc requests.
* FAQ Maintenance - Maintains the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and coordinates all questions for answers from the appropriate resources. Distributes updates to the intranet site and OTR team.
* Travel - Travels occasionally in order to participate in special assignments, training, and/or travel between office locations.

Desired Qualifications:
* Must have at least 3 years of corporate/industry business experience.
* Demonstrated experience providing change management support for large scale process/technology projects, internal corporate change management, and/or other transformational initiatives.
* Demonstrated experience planning and supporting projects or initiatives.
* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills resulting in the ability to interact with all levels of management and employee population.
* Demonstrated organizational skills.
* Demonstrated proficiency in the use of various core systems, office and computer equipment, and software programs.
* Demonstrated experience supporting the development of and executing change management plans.
* Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci certification).
* Valid driver's license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.
* Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.

* Ability to work effectively in an office environment for 40+ hours per week (including sitting, standing, and working on a computer for extended periods of time).
* Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative work environment utilizing various technologies such as: telephone, computer, web, voice, teleconferencing, e-mail, etc.
* Ability to travel as required.
