Position Summary The Examination Coordinator will be responsible for performing the day-to-day functions of the Examination Management Team for Movement Mortgage, under the oversight of the Regulatory Reporting and Examinations Manager. This member of the Compliance Department will work closely with other members of the Compliance Department, to help ensure the appropriate collection, documentation, escalation and addressing of all state and federal examination findings, as well as assisting in the facilitation of state and federal examinations, The Coordinator will also perform on-site visits to the Companys branches to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws. Performance Objectives Assists the Regulatory Reporting and Examinations Manager in the facilitation of all state and federal agency examinations Maintains logs of all inquiries from state and federal agencies, which includes tracking to completion Performs audits of the Companys branches to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws Assists in the development and maintenance of the policies and procedures for Movements Examination Management Program Works with Compliance and Business management on root cause analysis and corrective action plans stemming from examinations, as needed Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients Essential Skills and Experience Bachelors degree required 2 years risk and control, preferably at a federally-chartered financial institution required Able to travel 40%-50% of the time Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills, team player, excellent communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Non-Essential Skills and Experience 5 years consumer complaint experience at a federally-chartered financial institution preferred 2 years examination management experience preferred Sound like a good fit?
