The ideal candidate:
- JD and CA State Bar (in good standing)
- Proven strength in coaching and leading others
- 1st Chair jury trial experience with 15+ jury trials to verdict (civil cases preferred)
- People person with engaging personality
- Insurance Claims litigation experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced trial-focused culture
