We are seeking a Foundation and Corporate Giving Specialist to create and execute a plan to develop an ambitious program seeking new, and stewarding existing, Foundation and Corporate funders. Responsibilities include researching new Foundation and Corporate donors; writing grants and proposals; developing program content; and building/maintaining relationships with new/existing Foundation and Corporate donors. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' work related experience in a nonprofit or association to include project work and committee/project team liaison experience. The Actuarial Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, was established in 1994 to help facilitate and broaden the profession's contribution to society. The Foundation explores innovative ways to apply actuarial skills in the public interest.
