Description
AAA Carolinas is hiring an Ecommerce Digital Sales Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for driving AAA members and organic customers to the AAA Ecommerce consumer portal. AAA Insurance will offer Insurance products and existing policyholder account management self-service capability. The Ecommerce Digital Manager will be vital in driving members to the Ecommerce platform and sales conversion through our online quoting engine. You will also be in charge of building awareness campaigns to promote online account management availability to our 60,000 existing AAA Insurance policyholders in North and South Carolina.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a digital strategy that maximizes digital revenue.
Provide consultation to sales managers, sales teams and clients in the areas of digital strategy (web design basics, social media, best practices and digital media integration with online marketing)
Work with Product and Underwriting to develop and execute a pricing strategy that maximizes digital revenue.
Coaching and training insurance agents in the development of digital account management for clients.
Manage the process digital revenue budgeting, forecasting and sales conversion of insurance policies purchased online.
Develop and manage the process of digital sales fulfillment and campaign delivery in conjunction with colleagues in AAA Marketing and AAA Insurance.
Work closely with Insurance Management and AAA Insurance Marketing team to develop strategic partnership road-map and revenue model (key concepts and opportunities).
Work with key marketing and technology partners to maximize automated digital trading and campaign delivery
Work with marketing and sales team to conceive and develop innovative digital proposals that explicitly fulfill the client’s objectives stand out in a highly competitive market.
Assist and educate local market sales teams with digital initiative and campaign roll-out
Have deep understanding of an expansive set of insures and natural competition in the marketplace
Work closely with AAA Insurance Product and Underwriting teams to proactively assess demand and opportunity for new products and enhancements
Provide leadership to AAA Insurance Digital Sales on emerging online and advertising trends, technological capabilities, and competitive practices.

Qualifications
Proven work experience and success in E-Commerce
An ambitious self-starter with a passion for digital e-commerce and digital customer account management how AAA Members can engage AAA Insurance with content online
Strong digital account management experience
A basic understanding of programmatic and digital ad delivery technologies
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Extremely strong writing skills and deck creation skills
Creative and strategic thinker who can explore new ideas and evaluate them to strike a balance between a positive user experience, success metrics, and monetary effectiveness
Strong background in digital, mobile, and emerging technologies
Exceptional multi-tasker who thrives in deadline-driven environment
Advanced PowerPoint skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Adobe Photoshop Prior experience and expertise in digital strategy (web design basics, social media, SEO/SEM).
Experience building and sustaining client partnerships.
Prior leadership role or experience
Experience working in a collaborative work environment.
Preferred:
Sales management or digital management background. Pricing and inventory management of web assets.
Prior Salesforce experience
Job Requirements - Education/Training:
Digital media training and Digital expertise (web design basics, social media, SEO/SEM) required.
College Degree and Sales or sales management experience preferred.
