Account Manager - Commercial Insurance - Vermont

Commercial Lines Account Managers for this large regional firm in Vermont are responsible for providing high level customer experience and managing a lot of the behind-the-scenes policy administration. The organization has grown significantly and in need of additional experienced service support.  

As a Client Manager you will become knowledgeable in multiple disciplines and work in a close knit team of sales executives and service associates. Among your responsibilities is the goal of maintaining a high level of client retention, ensuring interdepartmental communication is seamless during renewals and identifying areas for improvement in the client's risk management plan.
