Midstate Collection Solutions is seeking a passionate, reliable, and innovative person to be our next full time Dispute Assistant. MCS is a professional financial services organization dedicated to establishing long-term relationships with our clients to collect their past due receivables in a timely and honest manner through positive communication, integrity and accountability. As our next Dispute Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties, such as reviewing, responding to, and interacting with consumers who send written disputes to our office, answering phones, processing affidavits, skiptracing, and accepting payments over the phone. Here at MCS, we realize having a debt is a physical and psychological burden; we are here to empower and motivate consumers to feel good about paying their debt. You are detail-oriented, organized, an excellent communicator, and internally motivated. You pride yourself on your positive attitude, ability to empower, motivate, and empathize with others, and you flourish when providing high-caliber customer service to each person you interact with.
