Job DescriptionPrimary Role: The primary responsibility of this position is to provide guidance and support to individual cashiers, attendants, maintenance and traffic director by providing assistance on maximizing performance of customer service and overall client satisfaction. The Supervisor looks for new and innovative ways to improve in all facets of operation while leading and developing the supporting staff. The Supervisor should serve as a representative of LAZ Parking, displaying honesty, integrity accountability and teamwork with employees, clients, tenants and the public. Upholds and models the behaviors that are consistent with the Mission, Values and Practices of the company to promote a positive stable work environment at the location. Areas of Responsibility: Essential functions and responsibilities: To be in correct LAZ uniform, properly groomed, on time and ready to work when scheduled. To check in with account contact or operations manager when arriving to work. To follow LAZ procedures when overseeing any property/employees. To interact with customers, clients and coworkers in a friendly, helpful and positive manner. To work with and without supervision and follow direction of operations manager when request are made. To prepare a proper schedule and submit to operations manager for approval. To improve access and create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, clients and field employees. To immediately report any damage that you may have or have not caused to a vehicle or property and to contact the Laz office within 24 hours of any incident or report of damage and file paperwork with LAZ office within 72 hours. To assist customers with claim paperwork and not deny or admit liability when a claim is filed. To turn in HR and payroll forms in a timely manner. To keep a good relationship with account contacts, participating in weekly meetings to stay informed about upcoming events. To record/report use of labor, managing to stay within overtime rate and budget guidelines. Other duties and responsibilities: Assist clients and customers with social requests. Accurately record car counts. Knowledge and requirements: Ability to drive a car, including automatic and manual transmissions Customer service skills. Acceptable math skills. Valid driver s license. Acceptable driving record as per Laz insurance standards. Display positive attitude. Enjoy working in a team environment. Physical demands: Lifting and moving up to 100lbs. Working conditions and environment: Hours of operation vary Shifts vary in length depending on what has been planned for the location. Weekends, evening and holiday hours are required. Overtime hours may be necessary. Working under adverse weather conditions can be expected.
