CSR - Commercial - Redlands, CA

Well-run, growing multi-line insurance brokerage firm in Redlands, CA is looking to hire a Commercial CSR.  You will replace the incumbent who is retiring soon.  The position provides all facets of service support ranging from completing applications and proposals, Certificates of Insurance, marketing accounts to carriers, invoices, and arranging renewal coverage. The CSR will work directly with modest-sized accounts and house accounts -- and on more complex accounts will coordinate account servicing with the Producer.  Knowledge of AMS 360 or similar Agency Management System is required.  The agency uses a "paperless" approach to client records and communications.  Valid California Property and Casualty licenses are required.

Ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years experience in account management with a forward-looking commercial insurance broker or one of the larger corporate brokerage firms.  Compensation depends on experience -- with a targeted salary range from $45k to $60k.  Excellent Benefits package is featured.
