We are currently seeking independent Automobile material damage appraisers, Heavy Equipment damage estimators, or Property damage adjusters to complete inspections in the San Jose, CA area.
What is expected:
You must contact vehicle/property owner or body shop within 6 hours of receipt of new assignment in order to set an appointment for inspection. You will then upload photos, damage estimate and summary to our web based management system.
Service time standards are typically 6 hour contact, 24-36 hour inspection, 48 hour completion.
You must have reliable transportation, measuring pocket rod, a digital camera or smart phone to take clear photos.
You will need to work with body shops or contractors in order to come to an agreed repair price.
We strongly prefer experienced material damage appraisers to contact us. If no experience, but have knowledge/experience dealing with material damage estimating, you may still qualify to work with our company.
This is a sub-contractor position.
