Reputable insurance broker in Dallas, TX is seeking a Service Specialist for the Employee Benefits group. This person will be responsible for servicing their existing accounts - billing issues, administration of enrollment, resolving issues, and preparing submissions and RFP's to carriers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years of employee benefits experience in a service or assistant account manager capacity within an agency, broker, TPA or carrier.
- High level of professionalism with the ability to work in a team environment
