Senior Consultant - Global Benefits - Chicago IL

A national insurance brokerage known for its progressive and trend-setting philosophies when it comes to risk mitigation and cost savings, especially with large, complex employee benefits and Health and Welfare programs, is in need of an experienced candidate with extensive experience working with global or international benefit plans.

What Does the Role Entail?

• Leading the global benefits consulting services and acting as a subject matter expert for clients with international exposures and sites.
• Providing global benefit strategies in concert with local benefits and cross-border benefits.
• Supporting internal team members with complex engagements, interact with carriers, create RFPs and submissions with clarity and sound judgment, and provide consulting to abide by international benefits laws and regulations.
