What we are looking for:



We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Louisville office. 37-40 hours per week.  Admin experience in an office setting is definitely preferred and familiarity with the insurance industry a plus.  3+ years’ experience.

The branch Administrative Assistant provides office support to claims managers and adjusters including greeting guests, answering telephones, typing correspondence and forms, transcribing dictation, preparing monthly invoices and other general office duties. Desirable candidates should have previous office experience, be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
